Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and design.
• Experience defining test architecture, diagnostics, system-health monitoring, telemetry or data-analysis capabilities for complex products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams across hardware, software, mechanical, and reliability functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the built-in self-test, telemetry, visualization and analytics capabilities for system-level test platforms.
• Define requirements and software architecture for self-test suites and data-analysis tools.
• Provide technical leadership across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure testability and observability of complex systems.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to validate system performance, reliability, and serviceability two to three generations ahead.
