Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Service Delivery (SD) organization to scale cross‑functional delivery of satellite connectivity projects across regions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery to drive end‑to‑end program execution and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes architecture of scalable processes, governance across global teams, and strong program leadership over technical depth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
3+ years of integration, testing and automation experience.
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Own operational cadence and governance for the SD team and cross-functional partners.
Design visibility into program health, status, and resource allocation.
Track commitments, surface blockers, and drive resolution.
Architect reporting and dashboards for leadership."
