Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Service Delivery (SD) organization to scale cross‑functional delivery of satellite connectivity projects across regions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery to drive end‑to‑end program execution and operational excellence.

Global Enterprise Services (GES) is the customer-facing organization that ensures enterprise customers realize the full value of Amazon Leo’s connectivity solutions. The B2B Service Delivery (SD) team in Amazon Leo connects the business to Product, Engineering, and Operations supplying direct customer context and ensuring the services reach customers in a form they can consume, trust, and scale. Additionally, the B2B‑SD team includes Customer Delivery Engineers (CDEs) that support customer‑facing integrations and perform end‑to‑end system validation with customers, either as included service or paid engagements. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for SD, you will work with sector and expansion TPMs to scale the team’s operations in the different verticals. You will also work with CDEs developing system integration best practices, processes, and tools to ensure solution deployment can be documented, automated, and scaled globally to support Proof of Concepts, tests, and on‑site and remote integration activities with customers. This role prioritizes strong technical judgment and program leadership over deep connectivity or satellite domain expertise. You will manage the rhythm of business, architect operational platforms for expansion and automation, design scalable systems and processes, and drive cross‑functional alignment, ensuring the SD team delivers well‑informed customer insight to business and technical stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Your influence comes through operational excellence, data clarity, and process design that enables the team to do their best work.

Key job responsibilities

Operational Rhythm & Program Governance

• Own the SD team’s operating cadence: internal and external reporting, assignment governance, weekly/monthly business reviews, and escalation tracking
• Design and run mechanisms that give SD leadership and team members real‑time visibility into program health, status, and team resource allocation
• Track commitments and deliverables across the SD team and cross‑functional partners; surface blockers proactively, manage risks and drive resolution
• Architect reporting solutions that account for complex business targets and workflow automation
• Design and produce leadership‑ready artifacts: weekly business review decks, portfolio summaries, coverage maps, dashboards and regional breakdowns
• Identify data gaps and drive resolution with systems teams or through engineered operational workarounds

Process Engineering & Scalability

• Document and continuously improve SD operational processes: cross‑functional workflows, CDE assignment criteria, escalation paths, and team communication norms
• Define and maintain service‑level expectations for internal handoffs between global partner teams
• Identify automation opportunities and implement within existing tooling
• Design processes with scale as the primary constraint, anticipating volume growth and building for the next order of magnitude

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary operational interface between GES Customer Delivery (CD) and global Business Development leadership across all regions
• Coordinate with Product and CD on scope boundaries and customer transitions
• Drive clarity on roles, responsibilities, and handoff points as new customer segments and geographies come online
• Represent SD operations in broader GES planning and review forums

A day in the life

You will support regional CD and SD teams across the Americas, Europe, and APJ. As part of the larger SD organization, you will track the needs of CDEs and TPMs assigned to specific sectors and synthesize those inputs into consolidated reporting for leadership. A typical day includes supporting CDEs on paid integration engagements, aligning with Product stakeholders on readiness status, and working with sector‑specific TPMs preparing launch risk updates for leadership. Amazon Leo moves fast and operates globally; the right person for this role builds structure where none exists and pairs technical depth with disciplined program execution.

About The Team

The SD team bridges Product, Engineering, and Operations with direct customer context, acting as the voice of the customer inside Amazon Leo. SD surfaces field gaps, integration friction, and deployment‑scale issues that shape engineering priorities. The team builds and executes customer beta programs serving as the technical lead for execution, troubleshooting, and scaling. SD also leads B2B Professional Services, an expert delivery practice pairing Leo platform experts with AWS Professional Services and certified partners to execute customer deployments at scale. As a TPM, you will work across Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, and Customer Care to translate the team's technical breadth into a consistent delivery experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with large global teams
• Experience building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
• 1+ years of leading development of applications backed by AWS services or using other cloud based technologies and services experience
• Experience in networking, cloud, or connectivity infrastructure
• Background in customer success, professional services, or post‑sales operations
• AI tool proficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
