Job summary

The Boeing Company in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Systems Test & Evaluation Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to contribute to ASIT program deliverables across multiple airplane programs. You will design, integrate, test, and sustain system-level capabilities in SIL, HILS, and FMS labs, collaborating with BT&E leadership.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a system-level mindset, and the ability to lead in agile environments.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools for systems, software, and hardware design.
• 3+ years of experience using DOORS for requirements management.
• 3+ years of experience in agile (SCRUM) leadership roles (Product Owner/Scrum Master).

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and verification of test methods.
• Develops detailed test procedures and instrumentation definitions to perform tests within plan constraints.
• Designs test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements.
• Uses analytical tools to verify the design and analyzes data to customer requirements.
• Presents test results and publishes reports to document outcomes.
