Job summary

FNBO is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst in Omaha on a hybrid schedule, combining in-person collaboration three days a week with two remote days. You will lead mid-to-large projects, develop test plans, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with business partners on releases and enhancements.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading processes or systems.
• Written and verbal communication including technical writing skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems: Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintenance of card-related applications.
• Resolve issues: Provide advanced escalation support and research data points to solve complex problems.
• Drive improvements: Prioritize enhancements, manage the application roadmap, and handle upgrades.
• Gather requirements: Define complete, concise project requirements through stakeholder sessions.
• Test changes: Coordinate user acceptance testing for process updates.
• Optimize processes: Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows using data metrics.
• Manage data requests and reporting: Coordinate data needs for internal partners and Operations.
• Educate users: Develop training materials and lead training sessions as a system SME.
