Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide an agile team in Omaha, NE. You will design client-side and server-side architecture, mentor peers, and ensure reusable, secure code with scalable REST APIs and micro front-end patterns.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product owners, architecture, and COEs, delivering high-quality software across front-end and back-end stacks while maintaining a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end languages and libraries (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• 5+ years in back-end languages (Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin).
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Familiarity with databases and web servers (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQLServer; Apache/nginx).
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD and automated testing; Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to ideate software solutions.
• Lead work breakdown to create projects, epics, and stories.
• Develop front-end standards with a focus on reusability and security.
• Mentor peers on software patterns and architecture principles.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture; implement features.
• Build mobile-responsive design and micro front-end patterns.
• Write unit, functional, and automated tests; troubleshoot issues.
