Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and identity/access management.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud services (Azure, AWS, M365).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, applications, and basic networking.
• Understanding security best practices and patch management.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance: Monitor, manage, and maintain servers, operating systems, and key applications. Apply patches and configs per change management.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues; diagnose and resolve system, application, and network problems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security best practices; participate in audits and remediation.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools to track performance; respond to incidents and prepare health reports.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with IT teams on cross-functional initiatives and improve IT processes.
