Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in software and/or systems engineering.
• Proven full-stack experience spanning design and delivery—from architecture to frontend.
• Hands-on experience configuring, extending, or integrating a SaaS/ERP platform (NetSuite) and building cross-system integrations.
• Experience working directly with non-technical business stakeholders to translate processes into working solutions.
• Value- and outcome-focused approach, scoping to business needs and delivering results.
• Ability to justify technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operations stakeholders to translate processes into technical requirements.
• Design and build full-stack software solutions—backend through frontend interfaces.
• Configure, extend, and integrate SaaS and ERP systems (NetSuite) and connected apps.
• Decide build-versus-configure for each need and consolidate requests into a coherent design.
• Mentor other engineers and drive LEAN processes within the team.
• Communicate decisions clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design and implementation.
