Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years in software or systems engineering environments.
- Experience building full-stack solutions and integrating ERP/SaaS platforms via APIs.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, testing, and version control.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and prioritizing needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and integrations.
- Configure and optimize ERP/SaaS platforms (NetSuite or similar) for operations.
- Evaluate build vs configuration approaches to balance value and scalability.
- Lead delivery efforts and guide other engineers on technical decisions.
