Job summary

MHI Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own NetSuite and related cloud systems. Hybrid work near Appleton, WI. You will define the ERP backbone, govern configurations, and drive integration quality to support rapid growth and upcoming acquisitions.

You'll collaborate across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering to model inventory, transactions, and reporting, ensuring reliable data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in NetSuite ERP administration and production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, saved searches.
• Experience integrating systems via iPaaS tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong change management and data governance capabilities.
• Collaborates well with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite configuration, governance, and integrations.
• Lead change management and production rollout discipline.
• Align ERP with acquisitions and data migration efforts.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Fulfillment, and Ops stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering on data models while controlling ERP constraints.
