Apple is seeking a Systems & Core Technologies Quality Engineer in Cupertino to lead cross-functional Operations technical teams during development and mass production. You will partner with Engineering to ensure operational readiness, drive quality programs, and deliver high-volume production success.

Responsibilities include leading DFx, DFm, Test, SQE, PQE, and other teams, driving process development, and communicating program health to executives. International travel up to 25% is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Quality experience in product introduction, design engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional Operations technical teams during product development and high-volume production.
• Drive readiness across phases of the introduction cycle with OEMs.
• Own key quality metrics and ramp readiness.
• Develop and implement new technologies to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Provide regular executive-level communication on program health.
• Lead QA processes and product quality planning (PQP) with OEM partners.
• Monitor OQC and CA processes at supplier sites.
