Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, platform validation, or systems testing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing QA/QE or platform validation teams for enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience validating scalable architectures across Server, Client, WebDirect, APIs, and cloud/on-premises deployments.
• Experience delivering releases on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience with test planning, automation strategies, regression management, and release readiness processes.
• Experience with performance, scalability, failover, backup, recovery, and resiliency testing.
• Experience presenting technical quality risks and release status to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design, execute, and evolve quality strategies for FileMaker Server and platform tech.
• Define test architecture and scalable automation across Server, Client, WebDirect, APIs, and cloud/local deployments.
• Partner with engineering and product management to ensure clear quality requirements and release readiness.
• Drive performance, scalability, failover, backup, and high-availability validation for production environments.
• Lead root-cause analysis and enforce security, compliance, and disaster recovery quality standards.
• Coach engineers to focus on customer impact and continuous improvement.
• Design autonomous frameworks and AI-powered tools to generate test suites and measure quality.
