Link High Technologies Inc. in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced Systems / Project Engineer with strong MSP experience to own technical issues from start to resolution. The role involves client-facing work, on-site support, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced MSP environment.

You will manage Office 365 migrations, Azure Virtual Desktop, and on-premise servers, while documenting thoroughly in ITGlue and coordinating with project teams. Travel to client sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MSP / IT consulting experience (required)
• Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Active Directory / DNS management and troubleshooting
• Office 365 administration, troubleshooting, and migrations
• Azure infrastructure (VMs and Virtual Desktop)
• Networking fundamentals including VLANs and connectivity
• Virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Firewall management (SonicWall or similar)
• Backup technologies such as Datto or equivalent

Responsibilities

Link High Technologies Inc. is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Florham Park, NJ supporting businesses throughout Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City.

We are seeking an experienced Systems / Project Engineer with strong MSP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of technical issues from start to resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, collaborating with teammates, and working directly with clients to deliver reliable solutions.

This is an in-office position based in our Florham Park office, with occasional travel to client sites for projects and support. Applicants must have recent MSP experience.

Engineers on our team do not wait for work to be assigned. They proactively review the queue, collaborate with teammates, and help drive problems to resolution.

Responsibilities

Client Locations & Travel

Our clients are located across Northern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York City. Most client support is delivered remotely using remote tools; engineers occasionally travel to client sites for project work or complex issues.

Engineers report to our Florham Park office full-time, with flexibility when a remote day is needed.

Required Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to follow internal procedures and document work daily in our PSA
• Initiative to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients

• You prefer a slower internal IT environment
• You are not interested in learning full client environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience
