Job summary

You will drive SAFe/Scrum processes, facilitate events, align roadmaps across multiple development streams, establish milestones, and implement metrics to track progress. Collaboration with clients, product owners, and senior military/government stakeholders is essential to ensure timely, secure delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Scrum Master, RTE, Agile coach, or business analyst in Agile environments.
• 5+ years facilitating Agile events in SAFe.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes.
• Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams.
• Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and impediments to propose solutions.
• Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Enterprise IT and Navy-related projects
• Experience briefing senior military/government officials
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services
• SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist Certifications
