Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking a senior Technical Analyst III – Systems & Network Engineer to support, maintain, and improve enterprise infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, and collaboration environments in a hybrid Texas setting.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Microsoft, Cisco, cloud, virtualization, endpoint, and security technologies, with leadership, mentoring, and on-call responsibilities. Salary is $120,000–$135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years Windows environments experience with 1,000+ endpoints.
• 3+ years deploying network/infrastructure equipment in data centers or offices.
• 3+ years hybrid/cloud environments with Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE, Lenovo, Pure Storage, and QNAP hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting for enterprise networks, servers, endpoints, virtualization, cloud services, storage, and collaboration technologies.
• Support a hybrid workforce of 1,000+ endpoints across offices, data centers, and remote locations.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and secure remote access.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects from requirements through implementation and handoff.
• Partner with Information Security for secure configurations, MFA, logging, and zero-trust.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
