Location: Remote (Dallas-Fort Worth Area – occasional on-site visits to central office in west Texas)

Overview: Client is fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) looking for a skilled Windows Systems Engineer to support and manage infrastructure for their diverse client base. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and maintaining Windows and hybrid environments. You’ll work remotely from the DFW area but must be open to traveling to central office in west Texas for periodic team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server systems (2016/2019/2022), Office 365, and Exchange
• Support hybrid on-prem/cloud environments (including Azure)
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Radius, and core Windows infrastructure services
• Perform server migrations, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Document environments and stay current with emerging tech

Requirements:

• 5+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure support
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Degree or equivalent experience; Microsoft certifications a plus
