Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance required before start.
• 10+ years of relevant defense industry experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, finance, and operations.
• Experience with EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual commitments within financial, technical, and schedule boundaries.
• Report business metrics including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
• Provide technical execution leadership to design, develop, integrate, test, verify and deliver a system.
• Communicate status and needs to Raytheon leadership and the customer community.
• Mentor team members and manage priority across the program.
