Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Integrator to support a program across Fairfax, VA, Linthicum MD or Morrisville NC locations. The role focuses on verification, integration, and testing of ground software systems within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

The ideal candidate has strong C2/MM experience, solid test planning skills, and a TS/SCI clearance; multiple locations and potential for higher level placement are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree reduces experience requirement accordingly.
• Proven experience with ground software system verification, specifically C2 and MM.
• Strong background in integration and test planning, execution and documentation.
• Experience with testing tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification & validation (V&V) for ground software systems, including mission management and space vehicle operations.
• Develop and execute integration and test plans with test cases and procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to resolve issues and ensure full system integration.
• Utilize testing tools and automation to improve efficiency during integration.
• Document processes, results, and optimization recommendations.
