Lockheed Martin seeks a proactive, self-motivated professional to own integration, verification, troubleshooting, and validation of complex software-intensive systems in HWIL or lab environments. This role bridges software, hardware, systems, and test engineering to execute formal software verification activities.

The candidate should understand hardware/software interfaces and diagnose issues across software, embedded systems, test equipment, and lab infrastructure, leading troubleshooting

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of experience in Integration and Test and/or system software verification
• Experienced in tracing failures across software, hardware, interfaces, and test infrastructure.
• Ability to distinguish between software defects, hardware failures, configuration issues, and test-environment problems.
• Ability to translate requirements into executable verification activities.
• Independently lead troubleshooting efforts for moderately complex integration problems.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to software, hardware, systems, and program stakeholders and leadership.
• Experienced maintaining configuration control and verification traceability.
