Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced test and integration engineer to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration testing for in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems.

The role requires 5+ years in systems development, integration and test, or production testing, plus expertise in test planning, verification and validation, and signal/dialogue with customers on performance metrics. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in hardware lab testing.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Systems Development or Systems Integration and Test or Systems Production Testing.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integration and testing of components and subsystems.
• Synthesizes customer needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Establishes specifications and standards, solves interface problems, and ensures system integration.
• Reviews and derives requirements for testability; develops test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinates testing activities with programs and organizations; analyzes results and prepares evaluation reports.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing for fixes.
