Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks a System Engineer Sr Stf (Level 5) to lead system integration lab activities and coordinate technical exchanges to meet program milestones.

You will manage hardware/software integration, design and install equipment for the Systems Integration Labs (HWIL/Closed‑Loop), and collaborate with software teams and customers to verify and test solutions. Strong LabVIEW and SIL leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• Experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Test or Laboratory Hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration lab activities, coordinating technical exchanges, and delivering program milestones.
• Manage and perform system integration, test, and troubleshooting of hardware/software configurations.
• Design, install, and integrate equipment for the Systems Integration Labs, including HWIL/Closed‑Loop setups.
• Interface with software developers, systems engineers, and customers to support verification and testing.
• Oversee product integration, regression, and verification testing across system test labs.
• Maintain design documentation and adhere to configuration management requirements.
