Job summary

SRC, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking an Integration & Test engineer to advance automated and manual testing across EW and UAS programs.

You will collaborate with on-site and distributed teams to build tests, run dry runs, analyze data, and prepare concise test briefings for challenging defense technologies.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 2+ years of experience, with Python scripting and test automation experience; a strong team mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, physics or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, test plans, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Experience with test automation software and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site and distributed teams to support new EW/UAS products.
• Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
• Assist with manual integration and regression testing when needed.
• Perform rigorous dry runs and customer testing on-site and off-site.
• Analyze data, support trade studies, and prepare test briefings on EW/UAS tech.
