Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Staff Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer to lead the integration and testing of advanced radar, COMMS, and SIGINT systems for national security programs.

You will synthesize customer needs into rigorous test plans, oversee lab and field campaigns, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating across multiple teams and sites. A DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience; or 10 years with a Master’s; 8 years with a PhD.
Demonstrated system integration and test experience on complex HW/SW systems, preferably in defense or aerospace.
Experience leading lab/bench ownership and test campaigns or requirements verification activities.
Active DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship; ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

Coordinate across all aspects of the program to develop comprehensive integration and test plans.
Work with Hardware, Software, and other disciplines to integrate all system aspects and meet demanding goals.
Develop and execute test plans in lab facilities and in the field to verify requirements.
Collaborate with a large team across multiple sites to achieve program goals.
