Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems’ Baltimore and Partnered Sites (BaPs) division seeks SI&T engineers in Baltimore, MD to support test and verification activities for advanced radar and sensor systems. You will lead integration efforts across hardware and software with a focus on requirements verification and test planning.

Qualified candidates will have DoD-level security eligibility, strong communication, and proven leadership in lab or field testing. Onsite work in Baltimore is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years with a Master’s; 1+ year with a PhD.
• Demonstrated experience in system integration and test on complex hardware/software systems, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Experience leading lab/bench ownership, test campaigns, or requirements verification activities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to coordinate across multiple teams and present technical status to management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across all aspects of the program to develop comprehensive and thorough integration and test plans for complex systems.
• Work with Hardware, Software, and other related disciplines to integrate all aspects of the system, ensuring that the solution closes and achieves the demanding goals of the system.
• Develop and execute test plans in lab facilities and in the field to verify requirements and the performance of the system.
• Collaborate with a large team to achieve the goals of the program across multiple sites and facilities.
