Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore seeks a Systems Integration & Test Engineer (Level 3/4) to lead test planning and execution for advanced radar, COMMS, and SIGINT systems. The role requires hands-on integration of hardware and software, collaboration across teams, and ensuring verification of system requirements.

Onsite work in Baltimore is expected with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and company benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's adds 3+ years.
• Experience in system integration and test on complex HW/SW systems, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Experience leading lab/bench ownership, test campaigns, or requirements verification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP; US citizen; onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute test plans for complex systems.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, and related disciplines to integrate all aspects of the system.
• Lead test campaigns in lab facilities and the field to verify requirements and performance.
• Review test requirements, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
