Job summary

BW Design Group in Phoenix seeks a Project Manager to join our Architecture/Engineering Process Practice. You will lead teams of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality process system designs for major clients.

You will collaborate with industry professionals to solve complex problems, manage scopes, and ensure alignment with design intent from concept through start-up. A minimum of five years of experience is required and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industrial process system engineering/design experience.
• Familiarity with P&IDs, isometrics, BOMs, and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead process systems for multiple industries.
• Coordinate multi-discipline project teams including engineers and designers.
• Direct CAD work and ensure design coordination across disciplines.
• Prepare project scopes, specifications, and proposals.
• Respond to RFIs and review submittals through construction and start-up.
• Visit job sites to verify installation aligns with design intent.
