Job summary

Bluesight is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead high-value integration projects for hospital customers. You will be the primary customer contact, own data integration and infra work, and coordinate internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic project management, requiring comfort in ambiguity and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in a client-facing role, including direct customer support or project management.
• 2-4+ years of project management experience managing technical projects.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data sets, including pivot tables.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and executive sponsors.
• Own and manage complex technical implementation and integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Consult with customer teams on data extraction, transformation, and loading into Bluesight.
• Validate and reconcile data from disparate systems to ensure integrity.
• Escalate issues and coordinate resources across teams.
• Set expectations, manage timelines and risk, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide updates to management and stakeholders on status and milestones.
• Create integration procedures and best-practice guides.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to improve data pipelines.
