Job summary

Bluum in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Systems Integration projects from point-of-sale through completion and customer signoff. This is a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with collaboration across internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop project plans, manage risk, coordinate installations, and support sales engineers and installers.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of audio/visual systems and installation processes.
• PMP certification is a plus; willingness to pursue certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful completion of Systems Integrations projects from POS through completion and customer signoff.
• Develop project plans with the project team to meet timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate change orders and coordinate installation logistics.
• Communicate between internal teams and external customers effectively.
• Provide project status updates and closeout documentation.
• Perform site visits and ensure readiness for installation.
• Provide basic system training to customers as needed.
• Recognize and channel potential future sales opportunities.
