Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors seeks a National Project Manager to travel nationwide and manage day-to-day on-site delivery of projects, coordinating vendors, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction across stakeholders.

This senior role requires 7+ years of PM experience on multi-million-dollar projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction PM experience with $5M+ commercial, state, university, or federal projects.
• Expert in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration.
• Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments.
• Effective and strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with project stakeholders and manage site personnel and subcontractors.
• Oversee buyout, scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, and quality control in the field.
• Create, update, and present project schedules to customers, Directors, and VPs weekly.
• Ensure highest level of customer communication and service.
