Job summary

General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works in Maine is seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead engineering and design integration across DDG lead yard services and future surface combatant programs. The role requires coordinating with HM&E, Combat Systems, Navy stakeholders and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will oversee safety, schedule, cost and quality, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and BOS adherence.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering required.
• Working knowledge of Combat Systems and Systems Engineering required.
• Shipbuilding program experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills required.
• Familiarity with EVMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Integration across multiple programs.
• Oversee engineering products, schedule, quality, and budget performance.
• Coordinate with HM&E, Combat Systems, and ship design teams.
• Interface with Navy stakeholders and external system integrators.
