Job summary

General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Systems Integration (SI) Team’s engineering change process and product quality efforts for Navy surface combatant programs. You will oversee QA, change processing, and data-driven status reporting, while coordinating with CM, PMO, and program offices to meet schedule and cost goals.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to obtain government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree desired; strong leadership and communication required.
• Experience leading process improvements in design services or engineering environments.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight of SI engineering products and maintain quality metrics.
• Own and drive changes to CM2/PLM workflow and related procedures.
• Manage status reporting, data consolidation, and KPI dashboards for SI products.
• Collaborate across engineering, CM, PMO, and operations to enable timely project execution.
