Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM, seeks an Engineering & Systems Integration and Implementation professional for W93/Mk7 hardware system integration and work planning. You will manage hardware integration, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and safety compliance across multiple organizations.

You will negotiate hardware delivery timelines, track status, and interface with DoD partners; apply systems engineering to test execution; ensure hazard controls for high explosives;

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing projects: defining scope, schedules, resources, tracking progress.
• Experience with systems engineering for hardware integration and test execution.
• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent with ability to obtain Sigma 15 clearance.

Mansioni

• Coordinate hardware delivery and integration across multiple organizations (HTT).
• Negotiate timelines and pedigree requirements with system component liaisons and PRTs.
• Track hardware status in planners/databases and assess schedule impacts.
• Apply systems engineering to hardware integration and test execution.
• Ensure safety compliance for high explosives and special handling procedures.
• Communicate with Navy and NNSA stakeholders to manage program impacts.
