Sandia National Laboratories seeks a Cleared Senior/Principal Engineering & Systems Integration Professional to lead W93/Mk7 hardware system integration onsite in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage hardware delivery, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and safety compliance across multiple organizations and federal partners, including Navy and NNSA.
You will coordinate across HTT and multiple design agencies, balance competing interests, and maintain critical safety documentation.
We are seeking an Engineering & Systems Integration and Implementation Professional to serve as the W93/Mk7 Hardware System Integration Lead. In this key role, you will manage hardware integration, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and safety compliance across multiple organizations. You will act as a critical liaison among system component liaisons, test leads, Production Readiness Teams (PRTs), hardware build committees, and federal stakeholders including the Navy and the National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA).
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant will be required to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Minimal travel is required for this position.
$117,500 - $235,700 (Salary range is estimated; the actual salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, and any approved geographic salary differential.)
Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance to start, or an equivalent active security clearance with another U.S. government agency (e.g., DOD). Applicants must be able to maintain a DOE Q‑level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. If you hold more than one citizenship (i.e., of the U.S. and another country), your ability to obtain a security clearance may be impacted.
