Job summary

You will design and maintain ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation processes, automate workflows, and modernize legacy reporting. Strong SQL, Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience creating programmatic solutions and driving insights from large data sets
• Strong experience with complex SQL and relational data design
• Proficiency in Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS
• Experience building custom user interfaces or internal tools
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions
• Experience cross-functionally with business partners and IT teams
• Ability to deliver in an ambiguous environment with multiple iterations
• Organize and execute project deliverables with leadership and strategic focus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison between business and IT while performing hands-on development work
• Design, develop, and maintain complex technical solutions, including custom user interfaces, automation tools, and data pipelines
• Develop and maintain processes that ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from internal systems and external vendor files
• Automate complex reconciliation and matching processes to enable low-touch or one-click workflows
• Refactor and modernize legacy reporting and automation solutions
• Work with complex and incomplete data to understand upstream processes, data gaps, and system behaviors
• Partner with IT teams on technical design, including data structures, tables, indices, and upstream capture requirements
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in regulated environments
• Lead and manage medium-complexity projects across multiple business units
