Moniepoint is seeking a Team Lead, Systems Administration to guide an IT infrastructure team and deliver high‑quality, automated systems across cloud and on‑premise environments. You will own tactical delivery, SOPs, and performance metrics while coaching engineers for growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation, plus leadership to drive operational excellence and AI‑assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in systems administration, infrastructure, or networking.
• 2+ years of team leadership with coaching and feedback.
• Certifications in IT are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Systems Administrators; ensure SLA compliance.
• Design and maintain robust IT infrastructure including Proxmox.
• Manage cloud networking across GCP, OCI, and Azure.
• Develop automated workflows with Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Oversee security policies, incident response, and IAM controls.
