Job summary

The role requires an Associate’s degree and DOE Q clearance with SIGMA15 eligibility. Onsite work is required, with extensive collaboration across federal and partner labs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (4 years’ experience).
• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent with ability to obtain and maintain SIGMA15.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventories and component transfers to verify and maintain hardware accountability.
• Maintain hardware operation work instructions and drive process improvements.
• Inspect, account for, and kit hardware used in assembly and test operations.
• Research, develop, and implement solutions to enhance inventory operations and hardware management.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technologists and team members.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure hardware pedigrees are planned, received, and assembled for tests.
