Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager of Systems Engineering 3 to lead the Xetron/CCS BEE organization, overseeing a 30-person technical staff across locations. The role combines direct program work with staff leadership in a dual 50/50 capacity and reports to the C&IS BEE Director.

You will develop leaders, ensure rigorous planning and execution, and manage budgets and resources while advancing Cyber and Cryptographic solutions. Onsite work is required at NGMS locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cyber, Non-Kinetic, Cryptography or related mission areas.
• Demonstrated leadership in SEIT/EPM, Chief Engineer, IPT or System Architect roles.
• Experience guiding multiple capture/program lifecycles.
• Knowledge of program execution, baselines, staffing and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Xetron/CCS BEE organization; direct program/capture work and people leadership for E100 engineers.
• Ensure rigorous planning, baselines, cost/schedule management and issue resolution.
• Develop technical leaders to drive business success across locations.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, workload forecasts and process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders on resourcing and balancing diverse business needs.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
