• Direct customer domain experience.
• Knowledge of customer policies, operations and plans.
• Experience providing SE&I support to operational customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise up to 10 SETA and SI direct reports supporting customer domains.
• Oversee hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and personnel termination.
• Guide technical performance and execution of contractual requirements by the team.
• Develop and administer performance assessments and financial goals.
• Provide SE&I support as an individual contributor on the program.
