Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required; MS preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to the engineering group.
• Manage the group budget, staffing, and performance.
• Interface with customers via presentations, meetings, or other media.
• Establish measurements for departmental goals with matrices and trend charts.
• Present group status in program reviews and monthly reports.
• Oversee MBSE practices across programs.
