Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 10+ years leading technical teams.
• Eligible for a Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Drives technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Converts customer or product requirements into hardware and software specifications considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware/software specs.
• Identifies and owns continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance and special-access facility.
