Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corp. in Marietta is seeking an AMMM Liaison Planning Associate Manager to lead a high-performing team of hourly liaison planners and salary manufacturing engineers supporting C-130 production, flightline, feeders, and fabrication.

The role requires cross-functional coordination, adoption of new technologies, and driving operational excellence through data analytics and continuous improvement. Occasional travel and extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Planning processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft structures, electrical, assembly, fabrication, and systems - primarily with the C-130, with added experience on the F-22, F-35, and F-16 considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team of hourly liaison planners and salary manufacturing engineers.
• Support C-130 production, flightline, feeders, and fabrication.
• Drive manufacturing processes, layouts, automation, and digital work instructions.
• Develop and analyze 2D drawings and 3D model data to optimize manufacturing and procedures.
• Leverage factory data to implement statistical process control and continuous improvement.
