Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive design standards, and coordinate with stress, manufacturing, tooling, and supply chain teams to ensure successful implementation.

Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Aircraft design, test, or support experience.
• CAD systems experience (CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of airframe structure design engineers to deliver compliant aircraft structures.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and provide technical solutions.
