Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking an Integrated Production Leader to drive delivery for C-130J components in the India MTA campaign. You will lead international and domestic teams, manage schedules, risks, and budgets, and coordinate with Co-Producers and LMRO to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires leadership, manufacturing/program management experience, and strong communication skills to interface with senior leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or program-management teams.
• Experience supporting international suppliers and complex programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to interface with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct 100% on-time delivery of end-item components to meet next-assembly dates.
• Develop and present program briefings and status updates to internal/external customers.
• Create tools to capture and communicate Co-Producer performance metrics.
• Coordinate material-flow, inventories, and IMS milestone tracking with Co-Producers.
• Lead production schedule reviews and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Facilitate cross-functional technical integration across engineering, SCM, quality, and program teams.
• Manage meetings between Lockheed Martin Resident Office, Co-Producer, and Marietta team.
