Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical degree with 8+ years in aircraft sustainment.
• Experience in design, troubleshooting, and aircraft systems or structure.
• Project management experience leading a cross functional sustainment program.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex system development from concept through sustainment and deployment.
• Ensure alignment with engineering strategy, feasibility, and risk management.
• Drive planning and execution across all engineering teams to meet cost, schedule and tech requirements.
• Act as single voice and point of contact to program management and senior leadership.
• Develop innovative, scalable processes to maintain agility and flexibility.
