Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering/computer field with 12 years of experience.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of engineers and professional staff to develop, modify, create, and test client infrastructure solutions.
• Plans, coordinates, and manages engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Translates high-level product strategies into system requirements and interfaces between disciplines.
• Develops standards and procedures for service/product development.
• Reviews test plans and procedures to ensure contract objectives are met.
• Provides requirements analysis, design, engineering, security accreditation and documentation for new systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline

Masters Degree (preferred)
