Job summary

T2 Group in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to be the onsite technical anchor for a VIP client and to drive zero-touch Microsoft Autopilot provisioning, Intune app rollouts, and hardware deployments.

The role requires 5+ years of endpoint engineering or senior IT support in enterprise environments, strong expertise in Windows 11, M365 E5, Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot, and the ability to deliver high-touch executive support. Full-time onsite role in Costa Mesa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of endpoint engineering or senior IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (E5), Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune / Autopilot zero-touch deployment workflows.
• Strong remote support tools capabilities and privileged administrative elevation for deep endpoint troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end device lifecycles via Microsoft Autopilot and Intune (zero-touch provisioning, profile configuration, app deployment, and compliance enforcement).
• Establish secure, elevated remote administrative access workflows to perform deep-level OS, driver, and application remediation on end-user machines.
• Utilize SolarWinds for real-time network/systems performance monitoring, proactive alert response, and health reporting.
• Lead local network troubleshooting (switches, patch panels, cabling, VLAN access, and Wi-Fi) in collaboration with remote Senior Network Architect to diagnose and remediate core infrastructure issues.
• Support local identity and access workflows in Entra ID (group policy, Conditional Access, MFA resolution).
• Act as senior onsite escalation lead for complex endpoint, identity, and system issues across the Costa Mesa facility; work with remote Chief Architects to test global policies.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove technical support to executive leadership and critical operations staff.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records, SOPs, diagrams, and knowledge base articles with change control and security practices.
