Job summary
Akkodis is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a Fulltime/Direct Hire position in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (E5), Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot zero-touch deployment.
As the onsite technical anchor, you will lead device provisioning, endpoint remediation, and secure remote access workflows, while partnering with remote cloud architects to ensure policy alignment and VIP support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in endpoint engineering or senior IT support.
- Experience administering Windows 11, M365 E5, Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot.
- Strong remote support and privileged elevation capabilities.
- Onsite Costa Mesa work and security clearance readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end device lifecycles via Autopilot and Intune.
- Establish secure elevated remote access workflows for remediation.
- Utilize SolarWinds for real-time monitoring and health reporting.
- Lead local network troubleshooting and collaborate with remote architect.
- Support Entra ID identity workflows and MFA resolution.
- Act as senior onsite escalation lead for complex issues.
- Maintain SOPs, tickets, and site diagrams per change controls.
