Job summary
T2 Group is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer I to join the Los Angeles area team. You will provide white-glove, on-site IT support for VIP end users, deploy and manage endpoints with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, and collaborate with a remote senior IT group handling cloud policies and architecture.
The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and identity management tools. Occasional travel to Los Angeles is possible, with full-time onsite work at client sites in
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of IT support or related experience.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on use of Intune and Autopilot enrollment.
- Ability to troubleshoot endpoints remotely and onsite.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove Tier 1 on-site support for Windows workstations and devices.
- Enroll and configure endpoints using Autopilot and Intune.
- Handle remote support connections and elevate admin privileges as needed.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and SharePoint administration.
- Support user provisioning, MFA, access requests, and group memberships.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and application issues with structured methods.
- Assist with device deployments, imaging, and inventory management.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow ITIL processes and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
