RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the systems calibration team in Aurora, Colorado. This role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a STEM degree with 5+ years of engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years engineering experience.
• Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
• Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Support technical working groups with analysis and inputs for issue resolution and program objectives.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings to stakeholders with data-informed updates.
• Coordinate cross-team technical activities and align priorities across teams.
• Develop and maintain software tools for data extraction, analysis, and interpretation.
• Perform routine trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple program teams to support shared objectives.
• Support Command & Control activities by monitoring system status and data trends.
