Job summary

Raytheon in Aurora, CO is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer Integration and Test - Automated Testing to lead the integration, verification, and validation of complex real-time ground software systems.

You will develop test plans, execute tests, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government customers to deliver mission-critical capabilities. A TS/SCI clearance is required, along with a STEM degree and 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with software integration and testing in government programs.
• Experience with automated tests and scripting in Python/Perl.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Agile development tools like Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Execute the program's test strategy and define test architecture.
• Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real-time ground software systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate, validate, and verify software releases.
• Support customer-led mission test events and system-level integration activities.
• Partner with senior leadership and government customers to support development and test execution.
